What is Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean unarmed martial art. It is not only kicking and punching, but a way of thinking and living. The main goal of Tae Kwon Do is to achieve total mind and body control
through training. Literally, "Tae" means foot or kicking technique, "Kwon" means fist or hand technique, and "Do" means art or way of living.
U.S. Martial Arts offers dynamic Tae Kwon Do Classes from Monday to Saturday for all age groups for all different levels. If you are a beginner, you will learn step by step Tae Kwon Do curriculum. If
you have prior experience of martial art or you are already a black belt, you will join in our intermediate, advanced or black belt class to expand your martial art experience.
